Merchandise Co-ordinator

• Manage all shipments flow with Merchandising team, accounting team and logistic partner.
• Work with Merchandising team on allocation files for new arrivals, store opening to make sure stock arrivals on time with the right quantity and match with the system.
• Manage warehouse system on AP21 and take control of virtual stock: transferring to stores, receiving from logistic partners, stock on hand.
• Analysis on sale performance of each store by week, category, products.
• Work with store managers on stock movement by week to do stock allocation each store.
• Regular store visit to get updated on products performance.
• Analysis on success of promotion events in term of traffic, sale profile, costing.

Measure of Success:
• Given solid analysis on merchandising, products and sale contribution.
• Allocate right products based on store team feedback and analysis.
• Manage accurate warehouse system.
• Communicate frequently with HQ Team on any stock and shipment issue.
• Make sure stock arrive on time with right amount for launch date.

REPORT TO BRAND MANAGER, HEAD OF OPERATION

• Education: Graduated from university
• 4-5 years experienced as Merchandiser in the fashion product
• Good negotiation skills, able to work under hard pressure
• Fluently oral and writing in English.
• Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point...)
• Hard-working, willing to learn and improve, honest
• CV in English
