Mô tả công việc
● Check and ensure all onsite visibilities are delivered effectively in both timeline and sale revenue targeted.
● Manage and control product and brand appearance in both homepage and cat- page (banners, product images…) to make sure website always presented in a good manner and best practice for user experiences.
● Understand and analyze platform reports to make sure bad/good performance is noticed and key points can be shared within the team.
● Proactive in suggesting any methods and campaign to push sales revenues and increase shopper engagement with the site.
● Working closely with internal teams to plan, develop and execute value mechanisms that generate sales revenue.
● Collaborate with internal team, agency and other vendor partners to optimize user experience
● Responsible for shopper shopping experience throughout merchandising works, in order to contribute to company sales target
● Manage brand’s merchandising audits to ensure the quality of merchandising work, which can contribute to sales activities by daily, weekly tracking and optimizing.
● Understand buying motivations & barriers of category shopper of assigned brands.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Minimum 1 year of experience with Digital Marketing in an Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency
● Experience in Marketing in E-commerce platforms is a plus.
● Takes initiatives and able to work independently with strong follow-up skills
● Teamwork, willing to learn and detail oriented
● Strong multi-tasking skills & sense of urgency (time management skills)
● Basic project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives.
● Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
● Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
● Flexible & quick to adapt to fast-paced and evolving working environment
