Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a MEP team leader for our local projects in Vietnam.
Therefore, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
• Working alongside with our technical referee
• Generating MEP drawings from concept-basic to detail design stages with AutoCAD/ Revit MEP
• Conducting design calculations
• Preparing and writing technical specifications
• Demonstrating experience of coordinating a team of MEP drafters/ modelers
• Coordinating with structural department
• Ensuring design follow-up

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• You are graduated from Universities specialized in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• You have at least 5-6 years working experience in MEP engineering specialized in the HVAC trades or electrical trades.
• A good understanding of both local and international MEP design codes is required.
• Proficient skills in CAD and BIM applications such as AutoCAD and Revit are expected. Good knowledge of Ecodial/ Dialux softwares (or an equivalent) is preferable.
• You are a Vietnamese native speaker and have a good level of speaking/reading/writing in English.
• Pro-activity, adaptability, responsiveness, sense of responsibility and high relationship skills are key drivers to succeed.
