MEP Manager

• Management and design quality control (MEP items), design progress within the approved cost of the Board
• Chair or just attend meetings Design.
• Participate in comments and criticisms in the Design-shop work of Design Consultants.
• Consider checking and signing the application file for authorities like QH 1/500, records of technical design and technical design, agreement on fire protection, DTM, agreement on connection of electricity and water, traffic ...
• Controlling the progress of each part to ensure design documents & permission to meet the required time as planned.
• Support QS in bidding packages (bidding, participating in bidding interviews, clarifying bidding documents

• University degree in electrical engineering (Polytechnic, Engineering ... )
• Ability to communicate and read English documents.
• 5-year experience in MEP management
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems and equipment used in high-rise buildings.
• Knowledge of laws relating to Investment in Construction (Planning Law, Construction Law, Law on Fire Protection, Law on Environmental Protection, Housing Law, Land Law, Investment Law) and below documents the law.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese Standards and Standards System on Construction, Design - Civil Construction.
• Knowledge of foreign standards of expertise such as CP, BS, ASTM, Ashrae, AS ...
• Good use of specialized software such as AutoCAD, calculation software
• Skills to handle problems arising from design and construction in high-rise buildings.
• Skills to handle multiple tasks at once.
