MEP Engineer

- Responsible for coordinating and checking of all mechanical or electrical works at the construction site. Ensure that these works are in accordance with the latest construction drawings, applied standards and specifications issued for construction.
- Responsible for supervision, monitor and checking of construction and installation of all electrical or mechanical facilities supplied and installed by contractors/suppliers at the project site.
- Conducts in-process inspection of construction works, monitors accomplishment as against project schedule and recommends construction methodologies and/or alternative materials which affects timely delivery of goods/services.
- Responsible for evaluation of billings as submitted by contractors/suppliers and coordinate with the Project QS in the resolution of variation/change orders.
- Looking for suitable M&E material for the project and contact with the suppliers about related issues: material sample, quotation, schedule…
- BOQ, shop drawing..

_Male / Female (Work at Office or Site depend on experience)
_ At least 4 years working experience in construction field with related positions
_ Accredited degree in construction, building, and M&E engineering and vocational training
_ Have strong numerical and analytic skills
_ Have to be able to deal with a wide variety of other professionals and be a team player.
_Hard-working and organization with outstanding problem-solving skills
_Have project management certificate is preferred.
_Have Supervision Certificate is preferred.
_Being active, enthusiastic, responsible for work and intending to work for long time for the company is preferred
_ Be able to work independently and under pressure.
