Mô tả công việc
- Review of MEP submittals
- Overseeing MEP installation work to ensure it complies with the approved design and local standard/ codes.
- Providing technical advice and solving MEP problems on site
- Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.
- Co-ordination with MEP contractor both at site level and with subcontractor’s engineers
- Monitoring and reporting site progress and compliance with specification and drawings (autho-supervision report).
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP systems
- Make report to manager
- Other tasks will be required by manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Excellent communication and planning, organizing & time management skills
- A minimum of five (5) years of construction experience with working knowledge of MEP.
- Good at English
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Auto CAD and calculation software for MEP systems
- Willing to work overtime under high pressure.
- Can work independently as well as in a team
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-task
