Mô tả công việc
- Consultant and Design technical drawings, make technical checks and calculations, either manually or supported by software
- Develop budgets, cost estimation and technical specification
- Provide the most appropriate and optimal technical proposals and solutions for MEP services
- Complete MEP design documents
- Assure the clarity and quality of drawings
- Check and issue design documents according to design steps
- Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines as architects, structure and others
- Analyse, study and apply local and international standards

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Qualification in mechanical (preferred), electrical and Plumbing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, prefer for candidates with experience in industrial projects
- Experience in design MEP system of industrial projects and specifically: calculation, equipment selection, drawing and technical specification preparation are required. Experience in industrial utilities, such heating/steam, compressed air, etc. and refrigeration system are advantage.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit or other design software for MEP Works
- Thinking and designing capacity
- Negotiation skills and team works spirit
- Communication in English (verbal, written, contractual) and Able to read and understand technical document and drawing in English
