Mô tả công việc
* Role Overview:
• Own the entire corporate sales cycle from initial discovery to close. You’ll drive our sales and growth that will be critical to the success of the company.
• Engage our prospective members and tell them our story.
• Lead product demos and take prospective members through a tangible, immersive experience that shows them what being a Jio Health member looks like and feels like.
• Close deals and drive our growth with each new sign-up.
• Wear many hats - we need someone who can do many things well with little hand holding and can easily pivot as priorities shift.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy:
• Execute the Jio Health’s business development strategy
• Raising branding and awareness of Jio Health
• Identify and develop Jio Health’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
2. New Business Development:
• Research and prospect for new potential business customers to ensure a robust pipeline of engagements within each market
• Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
• Identify and cultivate relationships with the decision influencers and decision makers within potential prospect organizations
• Successfully communicate Jio Health's business offerings to top-level executives or corporate’s decision makers and work closely with Deparment Director in final sales closings
• Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Jio Health’s ambitious growth.
• Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying corporate’s strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating corporates’ and partners' needs and goals.
• Analyzed client consumers, competitors, market and trends through market research, Google analytics and other resources
• Other tasks as assigned by Department Director
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
3. Client Management:
• Maintain relationship with high-profile or decision makers of the current business customers by scheduling regular calls and meeting
• Encourage business development team to also maintain execution level personnel at the current business customers

• B.A. or B.S.
• A high level of ownership, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• An extensive network of business customers. A proven track record of sales or raising significant value/income
• Strong competitive drive with relentlessly high standards.
• Bold, persistent, a good listener, and persuasive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Easily develops a comfortable rapport and establishes relationships with a variety of individuals.
• Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
• A high level of ownership, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• An extensive network of business customers. A proven track record of sales or raising significant value/income
• Strong competitive drive with relentlessly high standards.
