Position: Medical Skincare Manager – South (HCMC, South East & Central)
Department: Eucerin – ETC Channel
Key Accountability:
1. Customers & Competitors Management
• To understanding well the procedure for products listing and make sure to list new/exist products to hospitals/new hospitals as assigned
• To establish effective relationship with Dermatology hospital (Directors, KOLs, Doctors, Head of hospital to increase their recommendation/ prescription for Eucerin brand
• Develop an control annual local professional conference, group presentation to ensure consistency with strategy
• Analyse competitor and propose action plan to secure sales in case competitor’s activities have negative impact to the business
2. Daily Operation Management
• To ensure the sales operations plan, its objectives, and administrative procedures are thoroughly understood by his sales force.
• To guide, correct, and control his sales force in the execution of sales operations plan to achieve company objectives.
• To Control the application of trade incentive promotions
3. Team Management
• To train, motivate, counsel, discipline and control his subordinates as well as to appraise their performance.
• To follow up the development of his area potential and recommend further actions.
• To execute ad-hoc operations as planned by the Company.

1. Education Qualification
Pharmaceutical University Degree
2. Working Experiences
Develop action plans to answer the business challenges and build strong brand
Must have a good relationship with KOLs, Doctors, and Heads of Dermatology Hospital to rescue business.
3. Competencies requirement
• Result-focused and follow up to the end
• Persuasive & Effective Communication Leading others
• Professional customers Management (KOL, Doctors)
• Team Management
• Passionate & able to work under high pressure
4. Other qualifications
• Honest, high sense of responsibility
• Experience and knowledge in personal & skin care will be an advantage.
