*REPORTS TO: Medical IT Manager
• Install Medical IT product (Hardware & Software)
• Customer training after installation
• After support and receive customer call as a first tier support
• Communicate with software development team to achieve customer requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Have experience for IT engineer (ideally medical IT), be familiar with HIS, RIS, PACS system
• Good communication skill for customer and internal team.
• Good listening skill to receive request or complain from customer
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Electronic, Biomedical or equivalent
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Over 2 years of experience in relevant roles
• Good skill for MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Goof communication and interpersonal skills
• Hard work and self-motivated
Other information:
• Based in HCMC
