Duties and responsibilities:
By working with hospitals and the medical community across Vietnam, this position is responsible for identifying and investigating medical insurance claims, through analyzing and contacting related sources.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and timely investigations into the various claim documents based on the request of our Claim teams.
- Review, analyze and research the evidence/documents for problem claims, put data into a report with recommendations.
- Set-up a system and procedures for the company to follow when a claim investigation is required.
- Prepare and coordinate field assignments to obtain relevant evidence and information
* Working address: Royal center, 235 Nguyen Van Cu street, dist. 1, HCMC
* Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Education:
- University graduated (experience in medical, insurance studies, or law is hepful)
Experience:
- At least one-year of working experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality
Other requirements:
- Travel may be required
- University graduated (experience in medical, insurance studies, or law is hepful)
Experience:
