Answer phone calls coming into the Medical Department
Send messages to providers (Doctor, Clinicians, Specialist...) and other internal employees
Handle patient inquiries both telephonically and by email
Manage and resolve patiet complaints
Provide patients with product and service information
Update existing patient information
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up patient calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Complete call logs and produce call reports

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Psychology, Pharmacy or medical-related fields
At least 3 years of experience in related fields
Experience in BPO / Call Center is a strong plus
Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, writing)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Night Shift: 10:30PM - 7:30AM, Monday - Friday (Philippine Standard Time)
