Mechanical Technician

- Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the work order implementation conforms to all relevant specifications and standards and be performed according to applicable procedures and instructions in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner.
- Feedback on completed tasks to superiors by formal form and full service data. Work order data is filled fully after completion the maintenance works.
- Strictly follow approved maintenance Work Procedure (WP) with safety regulation (PTW, JSA) when performing maintenance and repaired activities for all critical equipment, system: (Coal boiler and pressurized equipment, rotating equipment's.)
- Respond immediately to rectify or troubleshoot all mechanical equipment problems in emergency case.
- Provide supervision for contract and vendor staffs on procedures, safe working practices and permit guidance and in depth plant familiarity.
- Control all tools and measuring devices properly.

***Knowledge & skill:
- Education level: Degree in Mechanical College or Diploma.
- English skill able to read and fully understand Work instruction (WI), Work Procedure (WP) Mechanical technical data.
- To read assembling drawings of the machine partly and wholly, the pipeline drawings, Isometric drawings.
- To dismantle and assembly the static equipment and rotating equipment dependently or under the instructions of the expert or the other full - skill Technicians.
- To install and adjust (Alignment) some popular rotating equipment after installing such as Fans, Pumps, Mechanical seal, Gearbox, blower etc...
- Familiar with MS office (Work, Excel, and power point), Auto CAD and MS project are advance.
***Experience:
Have experience as a Mechanical Technician. An advantage of having experience of working in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry or Technical industry.
