Job Purpose :
Planning and implement Preventive Maintenance, base on periodical inspection, periodical lubricating and periodical replacement.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow Company’s policies.
• Trouble shooting and corrective action
• Restoration of deterioration base on the result of Inspection
• Design machine element and construction in order equipment improvement.
• Coordinate Patrol finding item, spare part, man power and tools for monthly maintenance.
• To design new drawing & trouble solving for the line.

• Xử lý sự cố để đảm bảo hoạt động của các thiết bị.
- Kiểm tra khả năng làm việc của thiết bị theo định kỳ.
- Quản lý thiết bị, kiểm soát phụ tùng thay thế dự phòng.
- Cải tiến tăng khả năng hoạt động của thiết bị.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên
Key Performance Indicators
• Implementing and up date COGZ maintenance software
• Provide Patrol Check sheet for Board Plant area (1 st step)
• Design, fabrication, installation for Mixer modify (driving by belt)
• Implement breakdown analyze meeting (Mechanical – electrical meeting)
• Leading of implementation Production – Engineering meeting.
• Administration for ISO 9001 implementation
Job Reporting : Mechanical Manager

• Fresh graduator or experienced at maintenance works
• Qualified for trouble shooting and find out equipment deterioration.
• Good communication skill.
• Qualified for Machining fabrication.
• Proficiency at AUTOCARD and EXCELL.
• Be flexible at report works in English is a prefer
• Qualified for trouble shooting and find out equipment deterioration.
