Mechanical Manager

• Lead the Mechanic Team to innovate automated or automatic machines that will suit the needs of the Company’s rapid development, such as sewing machines, loading machines and so forth
• Oversees a full spectrum of mechanic activities including but not limited to innovation, testing, components production, assembly and maintenance
• Make plans and schedules of components production and assembly
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies and garment-related machines and make suggestions and analyses to the management whether to adopt new equipment
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Minimum 5 years of solid mechanic innovation and production experience, ideally from garment manufacturing industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Mechanic Manager)
• Comprehensive knowledge in machinery used in woven and knit garment production
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (knowing Korean as well will be a strong advantage)
• Strong leadership, logical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong business acumen, communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and team player
• Willing to station in the factory in Thanh Hoa Province
