Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for the mechanical maintenance activities and assure that all mechanical elements in the place of work run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsible for the suggesting the improvement of machines for the better performance. Also needed to make the repairing work as well if required
Work schedule : 2 or 3 shifts

- Be in charge of daily mechanical equipment maintenance and guarantee the continues production
- Be in charge of the planning and execution of the preventive maintenance
- Prepare the related spare parts and plan to purchase of new spare parts
- Responsible for keeping the records of all maintenance and repair works
- Verify / Validate / Repair / Replace spare parts and accessories for machine tools as scheduled & needed
- Verify dimensions for steel moulds based on drawings
- Work closely with suppliers to modify/improve the steel moulds to meet with business objectives
- Building the work instructions of mechanical equipment and training to the entry level maintenance operators
- Working closely together with shift supervisors, line leaders and other maintenance team members
- Maintain and update the mechanical drawing and manual instruction of whole the equipment regularly
- Able to manage a small team
- Other tasks are assigned by Head of Department

Key Competencies
- At least 4 years working experience in factory mechanical maintenance
- Master of hydraulic/pneumatic circuits/basic components
- Auto Cad and Solidwork
- Good team work and interpersonal skills, Be able to motivate other members
- Can work under high pressure
- Candidates who are living in Bac Ninh province are preferred
- Computer: literacy
- English : intermediate
