Job Description
Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
1/ Support troubleshooting when needed
1.1/ Define actions to solve machine problems
1.2/ Define prevention + lesson learns for machine problems
2/ Improve stability of system to achieve plant's targets: safety, quality, performance, cost
2.1/ Work with team and other departments to define improvement activities
2.2/ Roll out improvement activities
3/ Training technicians
3.1/ Create and update training documents
3.2/ Provide machine and general trainings
4/ Plan maintenance activities
4.1/ Review maintenance activities and spare parts
4.2/ Update maintenance checksheet, instructions and plan spare parts
5/ Join projects to release machines, lines and products

Qualifications
1/ Education:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
2/ Work experience:
• Have knowledge electrical maintenance
• Have knowledge in Laser & Robot engineering
• Understanding how to perform precise adjustment for mechanical equipment/component.
• Understanding of machine maintenance is required
• Understanding of problem solving tools & method's
• Hands-on practice and troubleshooting experience
3/ Traits and Skills:
• Mechanical design & maintenance principles
• Precision metal processing
• Pneumatic/hydraulics system
• Sheet metal processing
• Precision metal processing
• English - able to communicate with suppliers to get technical supports
Additional Information
• Shuttle buses are provided from various locations of Ho Chi Minh City & Dong Nai
