Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).

Essential Responsibilities:
• Experience of maintenance and preventive in industrial factory, especially in CNC machines, hydraulic equipment.
• Have excellent knowledge about mechanical equipment and machines.
• Excellent communication in English & Vietnamese and good presentation skill.
• Think creatively and works well in teams.
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized and capable of coordination through all phases of a project.
• Demonstrate good organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, strong work ethic and a determination to work with others to support company goals and objectives.
• Work with other cross-functional organizations both within the facility and within GE Energy Haiphong.
• Must be conversant with the Microsoft Office Suite of Software to provide data analysis and engineering reports and management presentation updates.
• Reports to Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic Knowledge of Health & Safety Requirements for an Industrial factory.
• Lead Route Cause Analysis:Analysis & Problem solving
• Knowledge about Oil and Hydraulic system/mechanical system/ Coolant performance
• Conduct Total Preventive Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance
• Capability on training & coordination
Desired Characteristics:
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Excel, Power point, and AutoCAD
• Demonstrates a passion and curiosity for GE Energy Haiphong business and opportunities.
• Excellent written communication skills including documentation of product design, development and test instructions covering both inter-company and customer communications.
• Excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly share ideas with others, explain technical material
• Keen, dynamic, creative.
