Mechanical Engineering Manager - URGENT!

• Work with main-contractor, sub-contract and supplier. Provide technical support to get requirement about design and structure.
• Manage in securing completion of project according to contract terms and keep the organization up to date about projects progress and issues. Installation management, technology transfer new production line.
• Set and manage Engineering yearly budget.
• Make preventive maintenance plan, provide a solution to solve troubleshooting all machinery and equipment of company. Directly involved production line maintenance in the factory.
• Manage of utility equipment (Air compressors, Vacuum pump, Forklifts, Boiler, DI water, Chiller, Cooling tower, Coolant filter, Scrap baler, Conveyor, Fire fighting system, Gas supply, Water supply, Workshop and Tooling).
• Manage spare parts stock in the company. Prepare material, design to manufacture in the local to saving money and reducing delivery time as well as ordering spare parts from abroad (MC Master, Part International, IL Global trade, ARMO suppliers).
• Improve to get high performance and quality of the line, reduce cost and spoilage.
• Upgrading existing systems in the company in order to achieve actual demand and energy saving.
• Leader and Coordinator of all improvement in factory from concepts to implement then calculating and evaluation effectiveness.
• Fine-tune adjustment machine skill. Daily help production to solve problem and keep line running.

• Very good knowledge and calculation about hydraulic, compressor air,
vacuum and pump system. Good basic and logical thinking.
• Excellent computer skill, can using software such as AutoCad, Mechanic Desktop, Revit MEP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Maple programming. Thoroughly understand about assembly tolerance and mechanic assembly structures.
• Manage engineering department, organize and lead daily meeting, arrange people to do jobs.
• Make monthly report, BOD meeting engineering report every two months, participate in technical meeting yearly and responsible before the plant manager for the operation of the engineering department.
• Understand 5M, 5S, 5W1H, DIMAC.

• Bachelor degree, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical or related fields
• Proficient in computer skills in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad and related software etc
• Ability to work in a team and team management, flexibility and ability to work in different environment and under high pressure
• Being proactive, creative and responsible
• Having good analytical skill, logical thinking and being capable of working independently
• Able to communicate well verbal and writing both English and Vietnamese
• Energetic and motivational.
• Strong Leadership and willing to maintain discipline.

EXPERIENCE (Yêu cầu về kinh nghiệm làm việc)
• At least 6 years’ experience in a similar management role, prefer experience in can making industry.
