Mechanical Engineering Manager

Lead and take charge of technical and commercial support of Mechanical, HVAC system for bidding process either pre-contract phase or post contract phase. Lead and take charge of development, implementation and enforcement of Mechanical, HVAC engineering design processes/ workflows and standards. Lead and take charge of project planning, execution and implementation of Mechanical, HVAC system. Other than that, manage and growth Mechanical, HVAC engineering team.

 Plans and directs all aspects of Mechanical, HVAC engineering activities within an organization.
 Ensures all Mechanical, HVAC engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives.
 Supervise and lead engineers who design, plan and develop Mechanical, HVAC system in project basis.
 Hire, train, and mentor other engineers and supporting staff.
 Write performance reviews and solve internal issues.
 Discuss and layout project specifications.
 Make detailed plans to accomplish goals.
 Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts for Mechanical, HVAC system and project.
 Review and recommend contracts for Mechanical, HVAC system and project.
 Develop cost estimates Mechanical, HVAC system and project.
 Draft proposals and reports for clients for Mechanical, HVAC system and project.

Education:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering
Working Experience:
 At least 8 years progressive working experience in engineering design and project execution
 Familiar with Mechanical, HVAC system
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
 Excellent presentation skills and marketing skills;
 Good written and spoken English
 Mechanical, HVAC Design knowledge
Special Requirements:
 Willing to travel; domestic and/ or international
