Workplace: I8-1 Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Quận 9, Vietnam

Responsibilities
1. Tackle design related issue from production line to keep production continuity.
2. Study issues to provide short term and long term solution to keep product cost, reliability, safety, compliance, manufacturability requirements.
3. Cost reduction. Complete cost reduction project on schedule and with high quality to fulfill company’s target.
4. Take proper action to ensure supply chain continuity at a Macro level, such as tooling movement activity.
5. Tackle Customer complains. Analyze customer complains, provide solutions include design change, implement the solution make customer satisfied.
6. Other projects assigned.

Qualifications
1. At least 5 years full time working experience as Mechanical Engineer in high- volume industry.
2. have relative knowledge and working experience of mechanical parts, such as Gear Chain and moving parts.
3. Familiar with parts manufacture process, such as plastic/sheet metal/die casting…
4. Familiar with parts post treatment, such as painting/plating…
5. Familiar with design software, such as CAD/Creo.
6. Strong problem solving skills and ability to re-engineer data models and flows.
7. Good English written/oral communication skills;
8. Willing to grow in technical career, active, responsible, and good team-work.
