Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer’s duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Inspect and carry out the safe and efficient maintenance work for the plant and facilities construction;
• Maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment;
• Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders;
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Make a proper instruction to operation in order to reach the production targets;
• Take the actions necessary to identify and develop a plan for maintenance to the schedule delay, activities and so on;
• Maintain manuals, procedures, historical information and inspection records ensuring adequate updates;
• Support relevant reporting activities as required by maintenance activities and compliance with all Legal Requirements;
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chief engineer.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required (Mechanical Engineering or equivalent);
• At least 5 years current experience in Mechanical engineering / construction or equivalent industrial environment role;
• English fluent in both writing and conversation;
• Computer: Excellent skills in AutoCAD 2D, Excel, power point and other MS software;
• Available for call outs, emergencies or shutdowns;
• Self-motivated, disciplines, performance driven and able to work in a team or independently;
• Good time management skill;
• Maturity and confidence.
