Mechanical Engineer

• Review and comment on provided vendor document such as Calculation sheet, Shop Drawing and etc.
• Coordination with other discipline (Design Team in Korea, Electrical, Instrument, Civil, QA/QC) and Manufacturer.
• Prepare Procedures, Method statements, progress report and any report requested by manager regarding mechanical works.
• Closely monitor construction status and delivery schedule.
• Manage and preserve the delivered equipment before it is issued to subcontractor.
• Closely monitor site activities (Subcontract work) to ensure quality and safety of work is in compliance with contract requirements.
• Prepare the daily and monthly work progress report to check project progress.
• Make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request.

• More than 5 years experiences for installation, alignment, rotating and static equipment as pump, fan, compressor and tower.
• Heat exchanger knowledge API 610, API 560, API 686 ASME VIII, ASME 9, AWS
• Must have experiences for hot work permit and modification of refinery or petrochemical or offshore gas plant, mush have experiences for installation and commissioning biggest package as fired heater, vertical pump and between bearing pump on LPG gas project.
