Job Purpose
Performs scientific and technological investigation directed toward the acquisition of new knowledge. Research encompasses such endeavors as enlarging and systematizing the organizations knowledge base; understanding the limitations of technology and how to apply its capabilities; developing proof-of-concept prototypes; devising methods and tools for modeling, analyzing and developing products and services
Core Accountabilities
- Applies general engineering knowledge and applied research towards the development and design of new products.
- Performs routine product development engineering work in one or more general engineering functions to include mechanical, process, product, chemical, etc
- Work includes design, creation, modification, evaluation, and analysis

- Work includes design, creation, modification, evaluation, and analysis
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree in Engineering with a 1 above year of engineering experience (mechanical, electrical, automation, and industrial) for lower tiered engineers
• English is a MUST;
• Skill in CAD. Autocad, Solidworks or Pro-E.
• Experience in mechanism design.
• Installation of technical equipment (oversight and management of these types of projects)
• Manufacturing experience or experience dealing with equipment in a manufacturing environment
• TPM/Maintenance experience is a plus
• Footwear experience is NOT a must
• Ability to lead multiple complex projects at one time and prioritize work according to potential impact
• Effective project and resource management experience with a proactive approach to team specific issues
• Design experience is highly preferred (alternation of design or machine design).
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
• Trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
• Process focus and process thinking
• Multi-cultural exposure (experience working in a variety of cultures if possible)
