Mô tả công việc
•Setting up grinding parameter.
•Creating work instruction related to Grinding process and training for Grinding Operators.
•Tools service (Grinding wheel, diamond dresser and spindle) & management these tools.
•Follow up tool consumption (Grinding wheel & diamond dresser) to ensure the best production cost and producing smoothly.
•Analysing of production process and solving the problem from root cause.
•Cycle time reduction.
•Record, analyse data, report ability.
•Testing, evaluating & start-up new product or manufacturing process.
•Contribute to improving project for the best production cost achievement.
•Troubleshooting support (machine, quality…etc)..

Yêu cầu ứng viên
•Background in Mechanical Engineering.
•Verbalize ability.
•Can read & understand technical document and communication with expert to transfer knowledge by English.
•Experiences in Technical drawings reading.
•Using measuring device.
•Good knowledge at manufacturing technology, machine & material.
•Tool machinery operation.
•CNC grinding operation (base on horizontal lathe program)
•Tolerance knowledge in precision machining
•Verbalize ability.
•Can read & understand technical document and communication with expert to transfer knowledge by English.
•Experiences in Technical drawings reading.
•Using measuring device.
