Hours and address:
- Working hour: From Monday to Friday (8.00AM - 12.00AM, 1.00PM - 5.00PM).
- Working in Hoi An, Quang Nam Province.
- Probation in 02 months.

Job description:
- Update and report daily, weekly.
- Prepare preliminary design plan (make a spreadsheet for each MEP system).
- Design of basic design, presentation of basic design, explanation of basic design, checking basic design
- Demonstrate technical design.
- Control the entire contents of the design dossier compared to the Design Task, the application of regulations and design standards as prescribed.
- Checking and finding inadequacies and limitations of MEP design file, and the inadequacies and errors when integrating the fit between MEP and other disciplines such as Architecture – Structure - Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with construction management and design consultancy to find solutions to handle errors, arising, adjusting the design.
- Support PMUs (when required) to check the suitability and accuracy of the MEP compared with the approved design documents.
- Perform tasks according to their responsibilities and other jobs assigned by their superiors.
- Dissecting the volume to set up the BOQ to invite electrical items
- Making BOQ for bidding.
- Update, adjust the volume according to the changing design.
- Evaluation arising.
- Settlement of bidding package: Evaluate the settlement for the contractors and control the settlement volume.
- Actively coordinate with other specialized departments to ensure the progress and accuracy of the records
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the Leader.

- Bachelor in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer.
- At least 03 years of working experience.
- Must be able to read and understand drawing and specification.
- Basic knowledge in work programming, able to interpret project schedule.
- Good computer skills Microsoft Offices – EXCEL, WORDS and PowerPoint. Experience and skills in Microsoft Projects/Primavera will be added advantage.
- Need to skill about CAD or Drawing tools.
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, independent and hardworking.
- Willing to travel and relocate for outstation projects.
- Both English and Vietnamese (Oral and Writing).
