Tasks:
ABB Vietnam currently has an opportunity for a Design Engineer who will be responsible for high quality design and engineering solutions as per customer requirement within allocated budget. Joining our team in Hanoi office and reporting to Design Engineering Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare electrical design and related documents as per customer specification and technicality as per agreed timelines.
• Issue designs for customer comments and resolve problems as per specifications required.
• Cooperate and coordinate with production and quality team to resolve issues and improve design quality.
• Ensure timely release of the BOM to meet manufacturing targets.
• Maintain the product information and engineering methods and procedures up to date.
• Ensure design support by providing drawing control, distribution and revision, paper work etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
To be considered for this role you should have,
• University degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in design engineering in similar industry.
• Knowledge in transformer design.
• Strong communications skills.
• Experience in designing software (AutoCAD/ProE).
• Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
