- Responsible for operation of the Measurement Laboratories
- Manage and organize workload for subordinate
- Strengthen and develop the Measurement Laboratories
- Organize task for subordinate
- Support subordinate to finish task on time
- Motivate the team
- Plan to develop Measurement.lab on both manpower and testing method, equipment
- Support to solve the problem among the team
- Working and environment safety responsibility in Measurement Laboratories area
- Support Group Leader for Production line Project and capacity arrangement
