ME Manager (High Rise Building)

_ Making the construction progress that proper to the techniques, standards, design drawings.
_ Checking the design documents before deploying ME work at site.
_ Checking M&E design system.
_ Managing the ME execution cost, assessing the risk estimator that may occur at site.
_ Organizing the deployment management: Safety & manpower.
_ Reporting directly to the board of directors the site’s works
_ Provide training, technical support and guidance on maintenance of the mechanical and electrical system for other technical level employees.
_ Providing technical advice; problem solving relating to the M&E issues.
_ Checking drawings, quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations
_ Organizing and supervising materials and related human resources at site
_ Regular liaison with the client, its representatives, and any consultants is another key part of the job.

_ Working for high rise building project in Hai Phong
_ At least 3 years of working at the same position for building construction work
_ Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel whether individually or in a team environment, and especially must be able to interface and communicate with line operators in order to assist with repairs and troubleshooting.
_ Willing to work any shift and overtime as required.
_ Must be highly safety conscious
_ Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Electrical
_ Good organizational skills, ability to respect deadlines
_ Good command of English
