Location: HCMC Company Office or any sites as assigned by the company

Role Overview:
- Able to take off quantity/ pricing and prepare tender documents;
Có khả năng dự toán khối lượng/ giá cả và chuẩn bị hồ sơ mời thầu;

- Be involved in the design drawings such as concept, schematic and layout plans and construction detail drawings;
Tham gia vào việc vẽ thiết kế ý tưởng, sơ đồ và phác họa bản vẽ xây dựng chi tiết;

- Have knowledge of construction process and able to make construction schedule for Electrical or Mechanical works, catch up and follow up all authority requirements for Electrical items;
Có kiến thức về qui trình xây dựng và có thể lập tiến độ thi công cho các công trình Cơ hay Điện, nắm bắt và theo dõi tất cả các yêu cầu của chính quyền về các hạng mục Điện với các cố vấn của địa phương;

- Able to work with some popular Standards/Codes/Regulations for Electrical or Mechanical items;
Khả năng làm việc với một số tiêu chuẩn phổ biến / Mã / Quy định đối với các hạng mục Điện hay Cơ;

- Site works involvement is required if necessary and ensure all Electrical or Mechanical activities are into proper installation/ operation and safety on sites;
Tham gia vào công việc công trường nếu cần thiết và bảo đảm các hoạt động Điện hay Cơ được lắp đặt / hoạt động hoàn hảo và an toàn;

- Well manage and control all subcontractors to carry out the work within the scope, specifications and schedule;
Quản lý và kiểm soát tốt tất cả nhà thầu phụ để thực hiện công việc trong phạm vi, tiêu chuẩn và tiến độ;

- Have knowledge of test and commissioning for Electrical or Mechanical systems;
Có kiến thức về việc kiểm tra và vận hành hệ thống Điện hay Cơ;

- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Company.

o Graduated from Universities specialized in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
o At least 5 years experienced in the same position
o Good command of spoken and written English;
o Proficiency in AutoCAD software, MS Project & MS office;
o Proactive and initiative personality;
o Self-motivated, disciplines, performance driven and able to work independently;
o Good communication skill.
