ME Engineer

***Main requirement about Pumps water supply ,control panel
- Bill of quantity, estimate cost, detailed spreadsheet calculation of the volume of bidding projects, winning bid project.
- Be responsible for calculating and checking the volume of the contracting groups as well as with the investors if any.
- Coordinate with related parties to verify the generated volume.
- Coordinate with the parties to resolve arising issues related to the work of mass settlement for the construction site.
- Coordinate with the construction site command committee to verify the arising volumes of Subcontractors and Investor
- Make sure the records related to the recovery must be accurate and full of legality.
- Perform the other work assigned by Manager at period of time.
- Coordinating, supervising and checking of all mechanical or electrical works at the construction site. Ensure that these works are in accordance with the approved shop drawings, applied standards and specifications issued for construction.
- Conducting in-process inspection of construction works, monitors accomplishment as against project schedule and recommends construction methodologies and/or alternative materials.
- Making schedule, deploy weekly, monthly work of assigned construction items, make detailed plans before executing.
- Prepare construction drawings, research, understand & deploy accurately drawings and construction methods.
- Working directly with subcontractors, construction teams, suppliers within the assigned responsibilities.
- Making plan for sample approval, order, check samples, synthesize materials and equipment used in assigned items.
- Coordinate with the QS Team, responsible for the completeness & accuracy of payment volume for construction team, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Follow M&E QA/QC documents at site
- Perform the other work assigned by Manager/ Director at period of time.

- Graduated from University of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
- Over 2 years experience in the position of supervise completed construction
- Honest, fast, enthusiastic, hardworking, work under high pressure
- Priority has experience in the field of construction to complete high-rise buildings
- Proficient in office computer software and software in construction field
- It would be work extra time , go on business oversea
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Working time is from 8:30 ~ 17: 00 ( Monday ~ Friday ) and off on Saturday, Sunday and Holiday.
Salary range: 15million VND ~20 million VND
