Key Responsibilities:
1, Must have strong experience, knowledge in CAMERA, TOUCH PANEL (LCD), SMT Materials field
2, Coordinate with Suppliers, Program, Sourcing and other stakeholders for problem resolution with supplier material.
3, Develop and implement plans to prevent problems with supplied materials.
4, Report supplier performance
5, Initiate and close SCAR/CAPA related to materials quality issues. Follow progress with QDMs/SCQMs and validate effectiveness of CAPA in production.
6, Provide containment actions of suspected NG materials.
7, Control and taking care RMA issue until closing
8, Facilitate strong communication within the MSQE Community on quality initiatives and process improvements.
9, Facilitate rework cost claim/supplier charge backs for major quality issues.
10, Work for bringing alignment on VQ criteria with Factory team, Supplier and I-Hub.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1.Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
2. Experiences:
• Component/raw material knowledge.
• Supplier management and processes.
• Ability to present information to suppliers, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Problem solving, collaboration and strong communication skills.
• Flexible, able and willing to modify activities and direction with an ever-changing business environment.
3. Skills: Good English communication, Chinese speaking is a plus factor
