Mô tả công việc
1. Roles:
a. Lead material QC team and proactively influence overall organization to maintain the material quality focus.
b. Update company strategy on team members.
c. Arrange and evaluate the employees’ performance in team.
d. Establish training plan for material quality system and methods and ensure that
training in conducted with the relevant personnel.
2. Responsibilities:
a. Check periodically, motivate team members achieve quality targets.
b. Arrange and adjust personnel in each period.
c. Update and implement some inspection processes and fabric & accessories manuals to factories and suppliers.
d. Build Standard of operation procedure to control material quality which follows
quality standard of customers.
e. React fast and appropriate to suppliers, factories as well as conduct root cause
analysis, commutation to customers.
f. Establish training plan for relevant personnel and motivate staffs to achieve higher performance.
g. Cooperate with relevant departments to find optimal solutions that aims to ensure fabric & accessories follow customer’s standards.
h. Prepare and carry out periodically quality meeting with Motives Management.
i. Be mainly responsible for all of operations of material QC team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good graduation from college and above
- Minimum of 10 years of experience for the same position
- Fluent in English, Marin; ability to read technical documents, teamwork spirit and independent working skill under high pressure
- Good communication, clear presentation
- Can travel
-Work in District 7 from 8:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday
