Material Purchasing Manager

- Develop and implement efficient sourcing activities for raw materials
- Develop category strategies and drive supply continuity and quality
- Negotiate, Review and Execute signed contracts with suppliers
- Co-hoc projects for new launch products
- Coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, Production, Marketing team in receiving delivery, samples, cont, ... to ensure quality control and production plan
- Review suppliers’ performance and access capability
- Develop / maintain / grow relationships with key suppliers
- Conduct market trend studies and price/cost analysis. Monitor and track specific commodity market trends, communicate critical changes and propose coverage levels to leadership.
- Provide support to MM team, give guidance on strategic approach, vendor negotiations and corrective actions upon under-performing suppliers
- Propose materials pricing and control the approved budgeting costs
- Ensure appropriate pricing maintained in info records.
- Do Category reports and submit timely
- Other tasks as assigned

- Work Location: CJ Foods Factory - Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be, HCM (Company Bus)
- At least 2-3 years in same position or higher
- English fluency
- Knowledge in raw material for Foods (Seafoods, Agricultual, ...) is a must
- Experience with MNC in Foods sector is preferred
- Able to communicate in Korean language is ad advantage
