***Working location: Dai Dong Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam
(daily Hanoi-Bac Ninh car provided)
***Working field: Factory of Electrical Assembly
***JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Planning and prioritizing all kinds of procurement activities for factory (purchase electrical material/ components for panels, electrical equipment, tools for manufacturing, etc.)
2. Making purchase orders, follow up and manage the whole deals to ensure the quality of material and other resources for production process.
3. Tracking order status, be ready for incidents of shortage or unsold status of goods, contact directly with relevant department/personnel
4. Tracking orders and confirm production time, time of delivery, and cost of all purchases.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the time, quality and cost of all projects
6. Other tasks requested by Factory Manager

***REQUIREMENTS:
1. University graduated (major in Trading, Economics, Import-Export or similar)
2. Having experience in the similar work for at least 5 years. Having knowledge in import-export progress for electrical panel components or/and electrical technical & system in general is a plus.
3. Can work under high pressure. Responsible, active and trustful. Hard-working, eager to learn.
4. Fluent English
5. Computer Skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Management software, if any)
***SALARY RANGE AND BENEFIT:
- Salary Range: negotiable
- Other benefit:
+ Bonus: 13th &14th month salary (paid included in the official salary)
+ Incentive: based on the actual business result of the whole company
