• Develop and maintain KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of the material & planning management process
• Responsible for the management of the staff & processes of all raw materials and components incoming to the facility in conjunction with POC sourcing
• Responsible for the management of staff and processes of Production Planning and forecasting in conjunction with the POC Supply Chain
• Responsible for the management of staff and processes of distributing ladder based products to the AU & UK markets in conjunction with POC Supply Chain
• Develop and implement profit improvement plans and change management plans
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve internal and external customer complaints
• Conduct inventory, purchasing, production, warehousing management and planning functions as required by the organization
• Coach, train, manage & appraise the performance of material management personnel
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with other groups within the organization
• Review the data in the Vietnam branch for integrity issues and manage the process in conjunction with the data team based in offsite location in line with the company procedures for change.
• Prepare and manage Engineering Release and Change Notices with affected constituents
• Support the development and continuous improvement , evaluation, revision, and / or refinement of design techniques, CAD and analysis tools, and department standards for Global Engineering deployment

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration and/or Foreign Trade
- Minimum 3 year experience in similar role, prefer in industrial products
- Strong experience in supply chain
- Strong knowledge of the MRP & MPS aspects of an ERP system. JDE & data management experience is preferred.
- Good at both Vietnamese and English
- Good at communication, detail oriented.
- Good team player, be able to work well in both individual level and team environment.
- Minimum 3 year experience in similar role, prefer in industrial products
- Strong experience in supply chain
