Material Planning

Primary Duty :
- Process material reservation and RFQ for quotes;
- Create Purchase Order and monitor shipment delivery;
- Verify documentation for material quoted from OEM/vendor is as per certification requirement;
- Review of Bill of Materials (BOM) on a regular basis to ensure proper provisioning carried out in order to meet operational requirements;

Secondary Duty :
- Negotiation with vendors on Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) to ensure materials bought at competitive market price;
- Resolving Quality Notifications (QN) with store receiving section and vendors.
- Arranging annual stock-takes at warehouse as part of audit requirement to verify inventory and quantity.

- Good working attitude and approachable personality;
- Ability to work as a team or independently;
- Qualification: Min. GCE Level certification;
- Language: English and Vietnamese;
- IT literate. Proficient in MS Words, MS Excel. Experience and knowledge in using SAP preferred;
- Prior experience as a Buyer preferred.
