Material Manager

• Build collaborative working culture with customers.
• Problem solving for material sourcing projects.
• Prepare necessary materials and take role as presenter for material team during buyer’s meeting/ visit.
• Be a core member to develop fabric/ accessories sourcing strategy.
• Focus on material innovation and feed the brands accordingly.
• Regular visit and meeting with the brands to communicate the sourcing initiative.
• Provide technical material advice for both customers and internal department to minimize the risks in development.
• To supervise and monitor the daily operations of material team to support garment factory production.
• Evaluate suppliers by reviewing the product, price, production capacity and quality performance.
• Monitoring KPI and provide report to management.
• Develop system and material library.
• Other duties and project assign by the management.

• At least 5 years working experience in garment material sourcing at supervisory level.
• Proficiency in MS office applications, knowledge of ERP system is definitely a plus.
• Fluent English- speaking and writing
• Independent, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
