Material Developer

We seek someone looking for a challenge to build and develop our Vietnam, non-leather raw material supply chain. You’ll work closely with our Design and Development teams across the globe, offering suitable materials at the right cost with the best quality.

We seek people who:
• Develop new, seasonal non-leather articles with existing suppliers in Vietnam
• Establish key performance indicators and monitor vendor performance for cost and quality
• Work closely and coordinate with Product Development, Commercialization, Material and Quality Assurance teams to develop appropriate processes and resources to achieve required results

We seek people with these qualifications:
• University degree preferred
• Experience in footwear preferred
• Material knowledge in textile and synthetics
• Proficeint in written and spoken English required
• Spoken Mandarin preferred
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel (60%)
