PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Support Quality Assurance & manufacturing functions to supervise quality control of materials in production.
2. Responsible for issuing, upholding, & training on various procedural & material quality protocols & standards. Educate PD/factory personnel in process limitations of new selected materials.
3. Mediate & help solve quality claims arising between brand, factory & supplier as necessary.
4. Work with Product Development teams to ensure selected materials are fit for purpose.
5. Support Coordination & Planning Operations team (CPO) to achieve on time in full delivery of samples & production orders.
6. Ensure that all deadlines are met & that standard protocols are delivered on time (to serve brand T1 timelines).
7. Carry out on-boarding process for new suppliers to include vendor compliance audits.
8. Perform other duties as required/assigned by Materials Supply Chain Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• 4+ yrs experience in shoe materials, footwear manufacturing or related industries.
• Working knowledge of Materials, Manufacturing and dye processes.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with both internal and external partners & customers.
• Must be fluent in written & spoken English. Spoken Chinese is a bonus.
• Good organizational skills.
• Computer literate, MS Office applications and MS Outlook.
• Knowledge of Restricted Substance Legislation preferred.
