Master Technician

• You will take responsibility for repairing and servicing of cars in accordance to manufacturer’s standard
• You will advise any additional work diagnosis to customers
• You will aim to complete a fix it right first time repair with the assistance of your co-workers as and when necessary
• You will provide clear technical explanations to co-workers or customers on repair work undertaken
• You will strive to deliver seamless level of customer service experience by working in close partnership with the team
• You will be responsible for ongoing administration work including accurate record keeping and report submission
• You will attend any required training courses to attain or maintain the master technician certification

• You are hands-on; display outstanding motor vehicle technical knowledge with relevant qualifications
• You are able to lead the technical team to deliver consistently high quality service level to meet the requirements of both manufacturer and customer
• You are committed to continuous learning and keeping yourself updated on the latest product knowledge
• You are passionate about delivering timely and extraordinary service to our customers
• You communicate well with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions for customers
• You have a good level of computer literacy and possess a full valid driving licence
