Master Planner in Electrical Manufacturing Company

- Have experience in Electrical Manufacturing Companies that have productions such as chip, circuit board, TV Led,...
- Ability communicate in English in working fluently
- Strong desire to work in high pressure working environment to improve yourself value and get higher positions.

- In charge of the demand plan and shipment information , ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Lead the Workcell on the creation of Bills of Material (BOMs) and routings that allows accurate tracking of WIP assemblies and accurate inventory movement transactions.
- Build, develop and operate an effective production plan and closely work with operation team to meet the plan's need.
- Keep track planning metrics to improve them continuously
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor Degree required at any majors
- APICS certification and Supervisor experience are also preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of MRP,
- Good at English communication
- Interesed in working under high pressure
- At least 2 years of experiences in Production Planning
- Very good time management skills, lead times for specific component types, internal run rates, test development lead times, machine programming lead times and complete understanding of the chronological sequence of events that must occur in order to build a product.
- Establish build readiness.
- Maintain efficiency of capacity and customer sizing.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasting.
- Maintain material control and liability.
- Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Build and ensure the MPS is always 100% accurate and achievable.
- Achieve and maintain 95% MPS goal.
- Thorough knowledge of SAP/ ERP
