Master Plan Leader

A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

* Generates the extended production plan for an entire plant or an important product line
* From Order which SALES-VN sent and confirmed -> update Master planning and inform to production scheduler team in order to issue monthly production plan for factory based on capacity and budget.
* Proactively in production control, monitoring and cooperate with all production section to ensure that production plan will go correctly, smoothly and have report in time within the reason and way of solving in production -› make sure that delivery goes in time match with ETD customer.

B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES

* Analyzes sales forecasts to determine short-and-medium-term requirements for production resources (people, materials, equipment, sub-contractors). Establishes guidelines for delivery time commitments. Coordinates preparation of production schedules.Monitors and adjusts schedule to respond to market/production requirements and optimize costs.
* Using shipping forecasts and commitments, develops production plans and schedules.Identifies material requirements and timing.Coordinates transportation and warehousing of incoming and outgoing materials. Coordinates inventory and production schedules to optimize costs. Responsible and manage the team to make monthly planning production in time with understanding factory capacity, section capacity, model capacity and update planning at any time timely to ensure that the production planning is match with Master plan and delivery from customer.
* Checking all production transaction in AXAPTA which has been updated from production team and correct it together with accounting.
* Performing internal audit for all production sections to ensure that planning from production section was matched with general planning from PPM.
* Supervising all scheduler in order to speed up the concerned production planning follow up the planning with high result. Composing procedures related to production planning based on discussion to Shop Floor Manager. Planning, deploying training schemes and long term development plans for scheduler. Coordinate with stock control team in follow-up material schedules issue (Main item, Hardware, Sub material, Carton, pallet ... ), JIG , Working Instruction, Picking List according to planning production to ensure all material enough for factory production before production order released for all factory production.
* Manage of team to coordinate with Quality Assurance in component incoming or finished inspection in order to modify production status. Fully support Production Departments in all matters related to asking delivery of material, missing materials, chasing other team, modifying planning production to have the best result output from production with high productivity.
* Support all section of production Departments in aware abnormal or delay reason related to factory planning production.

Approval Authority
* Create monthly planning production which maximum utilization capacity. Request unplanned issue concerning to making planning.
* Request for delivery of materials.
* Request for clearing old profile stocks.
* Approval for create, approve, issue picking list to production. Advise delivery material for out sourcing process purpose.
* Advise detail monthly planning production within negotiation to production section. Request production order released.
* Request for new staff and reorganize to meet the requirement of production expansion

* Bachelor Degree, major in Economic or Industrial Management
* At least 10 years experience in Production Planning, Master Planning at big production Company
* Experience in Furniture Manufacturing or Mechanic Production is a plus
* Familiar with ERP, SAP, or similar system
* Good English communication
* Good organization and ability to move the bottle neck
* Good leadership and cooperation
