Mô tả công việc
Finance
Be accountable for achieving revenue target of mass recruitment team
Manage clients payment and control debtor within 2%
Recruitment
Determine workforce staffing needs and forecasts
Build fruitful candidate database, use a variety of channels and initiatives and perform sourcing to ready supply open positions and anticipate future needs
Develop and implement action plans to qualify and supply to clients
Lead mass recruitment branding initiatives
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers
Lead team to execute recruitment plan to meet service level agreement (SLA) with clients
Network and build long-lasting client relationships
Provide help/support to Payroll Outsourcing Teams especially in activities relating to account management and other management works
Provide support to increase outsourcing organization’s efficiency, effectiveness and Business Development activities.
Process/ Function
Implement recruitment/payment activities in compliance with company policies, working process, procedures
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports
Maintain mass recruitment candidate database in required standard
Design effective recruitment, selection processes and reporting
Learning & Growth
Learn and develop by self
Keep update latest approaching, implementation in mass recruitment in local and regions to apply in daily operations
Train & qualify skills/knowledge and coach team members
Major challenges
Ensure recruitment activities be run smoothly and appropriate candidates are fulfilled in timely manner, meet SLA with clients
Directly work with client managers, owners in high levels with unique/high expectation
Independently work from team and self-manage to deliver work objectives without daily coaching from direct manager
Innovate, learn and reapply new approaches in recruitment activities
Lead and collaborate with senior/experience recruiters in mass recruitment

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree either in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics and/or other related fields.
Experience
o Essential
4-5 years of human resources experience with emphasis on client or internal communication
Experience in developing mass candidate pools
o Desirable
Minimum of 3-4 year working experience in mass recruitment
Minimum of 2-3 year working experience in managing and developing people
o Abilities/Skills
Leadership and core values at level as requirement of the company
