Marketplace Manager [HCM]

Drive analysis on important decisions that inform key business initiatives, including marketplace
balancing efforts, promotion targeting decisions, driver engagement programs, and more.
● Design experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions.
● Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting at the city and national levels.
● Collaborate with other city and regional operations teams, as well as marketing and product
teams, to ensure that insights inform broader strategic initiatives.
● Develop analytical frameworks, build models, and present findings to support the company in
decision-making.
● Support centralized product and feature rollouts, incorporating the local nuances of our city

● Minimum experience of 4-6 years of operations management/management consulting/investment
banking/strategy work/data analysis in a large business, or of growing a startup.
● Analytical thinking and strong data-driven decision-making ability.
● Proficiency with SQL and Python/R or other statistical languages.
● Process oriented and able to build and optimize processes.
● Passion for problem solving and creative solutions to complex problems. You enjoy dealing with
the unknown and finding opportunity from it.
● Degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline
