Marketing Support Officer

Mission:
• To support sales operation in the day-to-day work, ensuring that all support needs are fully met.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Place phone calls to potential clients from database
• Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
• Set appointments with prospective customers based on our salesman’ schedules
• Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
• Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
• Write reports, company brochures and similar documents
• Update customer database
• Visit customer with sales-team to do research
• Assist with organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
• Assist with promotional activities
• Assist visiting customers/reseller
• Help to organize market research
• Train other telemarketers when required.

- Education: University Degree.
- Good at phone manner and articulation
- Results-driven
- Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
- Skills: Computer literacy in MS Office (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Experience: At least 01-year experience in related functions.
- Good communication skills. Must be good at English and has good understanding of the business culture.
- Good interpersonal skill plus knowledge
- A proven self-starter who requires minimum supervision.
- Enthusiasm. Good working attitude.
