* Overview:
Delivering the promotion activities on time and of zero-error, by enabling coordinated, efficient and streamlined end-to-end execution processes.
Note: scope of work is subject to modifications across time depending on further requirements.
*Role details:
This role will contribute to marketing team by performing following tasks:
- On board merchants to Traveloka Loyalty Point catalogue. This includes:
+ Communicate to collect information and visuals from partners, giving inputs and advice if needed
+ Upload merchants’ information to system, ensure zero error execution
+ Liaise with partners to ensure correct information, troubleshoot problems if required
- Maintain a zero-error execution in the overall processes of bringing the promotion activities live to the customers.
- Ensure a streamlined and efficient processes going forward;
- Liaise with partners and vendors (procurement, contract, payment);
- Other relevant tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Fourth-year students or fresh graduates with experience in university organizations are encouraged to apply;
- Good communication and interpersonal skill;
- Good command of English;
- Good attention to details;
- Passionate about the Internet, E-commerce, and desire to find out how things worked and done;
- Teamwork skills and be able to work on your own initiatives;
- Type of person that can cope and perform well-provided checklist/items in hands to be closed or implemented.
