Mô tả công việc
***Planning responsibilities
- Make Marketing plan for new products development (NPD)
- Make Action plan for all marketing activities following the Company’s Goal & Budget
***Execution responsibilities
- Manage the implementation , tracking & measurement All Marketing activities of all channels
- Effectively implement all marketing initiatives in all the channels including GT & MT, Horeca.., within allocated budget to achieve company’s goal
- Responsible for Fair activities in planning, implementing and overseeing.
- In charge of doing action plan for marketing activities of NPD
- Work with agency/ partner in POSM design, producing….to run all POSM activities effectively
- Coordinate with sales team to do Monthly Competitor Report to propose new Tactic of Marketing to increase Sales
- Control Marketing Budget well as in the company’s plan
- Make Marketing plan for new products development (NPD)

- Education requirement: University degree, preferably major in marketing
- Experience related to position: 4 - 6 years in similar position
- Skills
+ Computer knowledge (MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email)
+ English ability: good ( Speaking, writing, reading)
+ Supervisory skills: communication, planning, organizing , problem solving
- Attitudes:
+ Integrity: trustworthy, has principles clearly stated and applied them consistently, minds for position and company business.
+ Team work
- Experience related to position: 4 - 6 years in similar position
- Skills
