In conjunction with our business development plans, Phu Hung Life Insurance JSC. is currently seeking for potential candidates for the position of Marketing Supervisor as the job description below:
Job Purpose: Assist Marketing Manager in the development and maintenance of marketing and communication materials to ensure the content is accurate, aligned with the Company’s strategic directions and meeting the regulatory requirements.
- Support the development & implementation marketing campaigns/ internal and external communications to promote Corporate branding and support Sales Team.
- Supervise digital agency in planning and execution social media content aligned with business objectives
- Support product launches by contributing to the marketing plan & timely delivery of sales
- Assist in drafting and preparing marketing collateral and advertising materials, social media content planning and execution; including research, drafting of creative briefs, and communicating objectives to marketing partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments and/or external (various suppliers and agencies) to ensure work results are delivered in good quality and in a timely manner and within budget;
- Review procedures and guidelines to achieve efficiency and excellence. Ensure compliance of corporate standard, as well as legislation and regulatory requirement.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of financial industry and on competitor's products to help with sales ideas, overcoming objections and product positioning.
- Oversee daily tasks assigned to each marketing project to meet company deliverables.
- Consolidate marketing program result and compile report on a regular basis;
- Maintain proper record of marketing expenses and support the team on daily processing of payment requests;
- Be responsible for other projects as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing or communications.
- Experience in the insurance, banking or finance industries is a plus.
- Good command of English language.
- Creative thinking and ability to brainstorm.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and creative with an ability to work under a tight schedule.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams.
* Working Location: 109 Ton Dat Tien, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing or communications.
