Marketing Strategy Analyst (6 Months contract)

The Marketing Strategy Analyst will support in all aspects of growth initiatives, competitive studies, branding and communications. He/She will perform internal and external market intelligence through fundamental data gathering, review and translation of communications materials, co-ordinate with district on CRM programs and generate standard and adhoc reports for internal stakeholders. This position directly reports to Marketing Strategy Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with district and internal stakeholder on Growth Initiatives/Programs
o Review of customers materials
o Manage mail list and database
o Raise request and seek approval for purchase of incentives
• Support in Competitive Studies
o Fundamental data gathering from competitive calls/websites and news
o Conduct competitive studies involving calls and test shipments and identify key lanes for improvement
o Support Products and Technology benchmarking exercise
• Brand and Communications
o Understand UPS’s branding guidelines and ensure its compliance in country
o Gains access to in-house portal to retrieve competitive news on social media and provide impact to UPS
o Maintain monthly budget and expenses
o Coordinate with PR agency and Region on press releases

• Bachelor's Degree or Intl Equivalent – Preferred
• Preferably with 1 year experience in related field
• Hands-on knowledge in Microsoft including MS Access, MS Excel preferably with some understanding in programming
• Meticulous with strong attention to details, demonstrate good numerate skills, matured thinking, dependable and requires minimum supervision
• Excellence in oral and written communication skill.
